Need assistance from the security of your workspace?

We use secure software called DWService that allows Midwest Computer and Technology to remotely control and assist you over the internet.

To begin, please give us a call, and we’ll direct you through the process.

1. Select your operating system below to download the software.

2. During the installation process, choose “Run” to use the software temporarily without permanently installing it.

3. The DWService software will provide a User ID and Password. We will use this for a secure connection.

4. Once connected, we’ll be able to assist you on your computer.
